I never knew how it feels to have a real best friend, someone who would stick with you through everything. Will scold at your mistakes but will never hate you. Will joke around but will never neglect you. I guess I'll never ever know.

I have been composing my thoughts for the nth time now and been revising our paper for 1xnth time already it seems i can'y really put every detail into words and i feel so sad about it. Hay God please help me in my sproj.

Today we're going to our house to make our exhibit. We chose to do it before the exhibit so that the ingredients that we'll use won't spoil.

Updates will be posted soon because we couldn't really make assumptions by not doing the experiment that we plan to do with the ingredients

COMMUNICATION IN BAKING

Guide Questions:

What is communication? When does it happen?

What does it take to establish an effective communication?

What is baking? What are the reactions between ingredients?

What are the factors that hinder baked products to be baked successful?

Do you think there is a communication happening between ingredients? Explain.

I have given this guide questions to my group so they could rationalize on what to research and have a lead on what we will do in our project, of course we are talking about communication in baking thus we have to know how did communication affects each reaction of ingredients when mixed and heated.

Did really communication played a part in the field of culinary.

THE MOST BASIC

VINEGAR + BAKING SODA

I was wondering how this two reacts when combined but didn't when with other ingredients they seem neutral, I tried to mix baking soda earlier with vinegar and it reacted but when baking soda + flour + vinegar, it seems that there's no reaction to it. It's weird but will still search for an explanation

Sarap no after mo maging busy at lahat lahat. After everything mas na miss mo pa magdota. Putang ina ano. Di mo manlang naisip na di mo din naman ako nakausap at lahat lahat pero mas inuna mo parin yung laro mo. Sakit sobra.

THOUGHTS ABOUT BAKING // SPROJCT PROJECT

Actually sobrang dami ng ideas ko ngayon, like gusto kong gumawa ng parang roulette, tapos parang i mmatch match ko siya haha. dami kong alam eh. pero ayun nga need kasi ng super tinkering dun, di naman ako magaling sa ganun. 

Pwede din sanang mini exhibit, I mean like kunwari may maliliit na lalagyan for me to fill in with ingredients tapos siguro 3-4 layers yun then yung last layer is yung product at kung ano naging reaction nung nag mix yung 2. Kaso since I'm dealing with real ingredients, medyo mahirap siyang gawin, baka masira agad or anything, sometimes I wished I picked color/make-up instead of baking, maganda sana eh, medyo mahirap lang to deal with.

pero kasi andun yung excitement kapag nagbbake, nandun yung passion, andun yung kailangan mo malaman yung magiging reactions ng bawat ingredients bago mo siya i mmix, pati narin yung quantity to create perfect little girls (power puff girls) hahaha I mean, to create the perfect mixture. Well o well since wala pa namang formal group meeting I'll do research on my own muna till I end up with a stable Idea of how to make things work.

Parang sinasaksak yung puso ko kapag naaalala ko yung mga oras na kasama ko siya kanina. Parang ang hirap hirap kasi, parang ang sakit sakit na kailangan pa nyang umuwi, kailangan kong maghintay, magtiis bago ko siya makasama ulit, gustong gusto ko siyang makasama, makita araw araw kaso hindi pwede, hindi pa talaga pwede, masakit, namimiss kita araw araw mahal :"(

I hate you. I hate how you fucking treat me when you're into something, as if I don't exist, I hate it when I ask you stuffs and it takes you long before replying because of nonsensible things, I hate you when I cry and you do nothing. I hate you when you ignore me, i hate myself for loving you so much it tears me apart from the real me. I hate myself for loving your wrong, i hate myself cause I have loved you so much :'(
