my friend literally loves every single movie he watches and gives them all five stars… until today he gave a movie 1/2 a star that he watched specifically cause i rated it high…when i was 16 mind you but omg im embarrassed now

this is the most ive struggled with body image in a long time i dont even think i look bad but i looked si skinny a year ago idk how i was literally unemployed and didnt do anything why was i so skinny i miss it.

ok earlier my very tiny coworker said that i have a small frame ok feeling validated. now can i stop feeling huge????? im so sad i feel like this is the closest ive gotten to relapsing and im aware of it but cant help it. idk
