How do you typically go about wearing heels in ny? I’m going to this bar party and I like to dress up but I also can’t comfortably be in heels all the time and idk if it’s the norm to have to wear heels to these events?? Like to party? Sorry I dont go out seriously

What are your favorite glute and quad exercises?

Hip thrusts and split squats for glutes. Leg extensions can be a little rough on the knees but I like them for quads.

What are your go to sneakers that you wear?

Assuming this is a gym-related question. Nothing special. I keep buying sneakers and still wind up wearing an old pair of Salomon XT-6’s. I’ve worn all kinds. As long as they’re comfortable, I’ll put them on
