Untapped potential in feedees being spoiled beyond just food. Like yes yes I see the appeal in slob stuff but what about the feeders who take pride in their feedee looking good and feeling good and so on?

Like finding only the best quality clothes in their size instead because such corpulence deserves only the best, instead of getting whatever because “they’ll only outgrow it”.

It’s hot out and everyone’s expecting the big guy/girl to sweat up a storm and reek but no, they smell like pure lavender (example) because their feeder spent a good 60-90 minutes in making sure they were nice and clean after a bubble bath or shower and then every inch of them has been covered in only the best products. I'm sooooo paranoid that someone from irl finds this blog because I work with children circa 10 y/o rn (and adults too) but on the other hand I do great work at work so yeah. I'm trying to eat at least 2k kcal a day with enough protein and I usually have a cheatday on the weekend with booze and pizza which i absolutely dont count lol and with 3 gym sessions circa 1h each my body burns through it all and leaves barely anything left :(( I'm like 5'1 where the fuck does it go??

I had to give up deadlifts, squats and proper bench press due to my lumbar spine getting seriously messed up back in December so the 3 trainings I have consist of switching: heavy leg press (only one specific type because the rest worsen my back), knee extensions, hamstring curls, abductors, adductors, a sitting calf raise like once a week and for upper body I do cable rows, lat pulldowns, machine chest presses (lower and middle), sometimes machine chest flys (it's always taken) and like some partial bicep curls, partial triceps pushdowns (pROM bc of my fucked up elbows) and lateral raises. I try to do core strengthening but it's so boring I usually do like one exercise for that and the rest depends on what I do in the martial arts class I lead

Ive seen some slight arm and chest growth, a bit more on the lats and maybe the middles of my thighs have bulked a bit due to doing adductors once or twice a week but where do all the food and cheatdays go? :(( I'm trying to bulk but it all goes to hell and I stay at ~110lbs :((((
