It was late august, only me and my friend in the woods at the end of the world.

It had rained in the morning and it would again as we were walking, and in the short moment of respite the wind whistled in our ears and the fog hung heavy around us, veiling the supposedly magnificent panoramic view of the entire mountains in its milky thickness. We walked forever with puddles in our boots, tried to sing when we started hallucinating, but we could not remember a single song, not even a verse. After a few lonely, soaking hours two people emerged from the misty trail before us and we cried out in fear before greeting them, laughing. It continued to rain after that and throughout the entire night, only stopping in the late morning.
