Snubbed || M!A || Daniel and Dylan
The older magician quickly arrived at the other’s apartment, sure of himself that Daniel would be there. He hadn’t answered his calls, each one going to voice-mail. Within a few more minutes he was outside the door. He knocked and called out to Danny. “It’s Dylan. Daniel are you home?” He knew he was probably one of the last people the young magician wanted to see, but he had to know what was going on and the Eye wasn’t telling him.
Daniel heard a knocking, heard Dylan’s voice, and his rage and hurt boiled anew. Talk about the last person Daniel wanted to see or talk to. Him or any of the others. They had it so lucky, they were still a part of the thing he himself wanted to be a part of more than anything else, and he couldn’t help hating them for that fact. “No, go away.” He stated flatly, glad he’d thought to lock the door. “I’m not seeing anyone right now.”
Dylan frowned when the young man denied him. They had to talk about this. "I'm coming in anyway, Daniel," he said turning the knob. It was locked from the inside and he just bumped into it. He frowned and glared at the door. "Open up. I'm not afraid to break the door down."
Snubbed || M!A || Daniel and Dylan
Dylan was furious with the Eye’s decision. Without telling him, the others, or Daniel himself that Daniel was no longer welcome there. They had snubbed him without reason. He had to find Daniel, talk about what happened and figure out what to do now.
Daniel was filled with so many negative emotions he genuinely didn’t know what to do. He was torn between screaming and trashing absolutely everything in the apartment, and just breaking down because he wasn’t good enough. All that work, all those years of practice, so he could get into the Eye, and then nothing. It was all in vain.
The older magician quickly arrived at the other's apartment, sure of himself that Daniel would be there. He hadn't answered his calls, each one going to voice-mail. Within a few more minutes he was outside the door. He knocked and called out to Danny. "It's Dylan. Daniel are you home?" He knew he was probably one of the last people the young magician wanted to see, but he had to know what was going on and the Eye wasn't telling him.
Snubbed || M!A || Open
Daniel sat in the apartment he shared with the others, fists clenched tightly. To say he was pissed off was a complete understatement. The Eye had snubbed him. No reason at all, just completely snubbed him.
"I’ll make them pay." He said aloud. "I swear."
Slowly, he rose to his feet and started walking around the apartment.
Whose career did he ruin first?
Dylan was furious with the Eye's decision. Without telling him, the others, or Daniel himself that Daniel was no longer welcome there. They had snubbed him without reason. He had to find Daniel, talk about what happened and figure out what to do now.

"We’ve heard of him and he’s getting to be quite a thorn in our side," Dylan frowned, bending down and picking up on the other cards. This was lie, but at the same time it wasn’t. The FBI weren’t the ones after him, but an organization called The Eye. A secret order of magicians, thousands of years old. "What can you tell me about this guy?" he asked, seeing as she knew more about this than him.
"Oh wow really only…I’ve been trying to catch this guy for months and there’s not a wif of FBI anywhere near this…I mean you guys are good…sometimes, but you’re not that good." Kate explained bluntly…there was an almost arrogance to her. She knew she was good, she knew she was a good Avenger and she refused to accept some mad man with playing cards. "He’s a very crazy man who likes to think he can do magic to fend off anyone who gets remotely close to their gangs attempts at controlling this city. I’ve seen magic, this aint it." Actually she was rather upset someone took something that was meant to be fun and cool and use it to be frankly a creepy shit. "Imagine the Russian Mafia crossed with Darkside David Copperfield."
Dylan took in the information, letting out a chuckle when she mentioned David Copperfield. It reminded him of when he went after Atlas and the others for the FBI. "I've dealt a bit with magicians before. This guy sounds like a hack who thinks his petty tricks are magic," he said shaking his head. "Do you know anything about where his gang gathers or a possible hideout?"

Dylan went for his gun again when she shushed him, noticing there was someone else too, but he stopped when he saw the cards flutter to the ground. “Who was that?” he asked, eyeing the cards.
"The Clown." Kate answered bluntly as she gave up trying to go after him, it wasn’t going to work, the guy was already gone. Instead she climbed over the edge and let herself drop down onto the ground below. "You know. Russian Mafia….like to use magic to freak people out ad keep them buy while they’re busy destroying half the neighborhood." She eyed the officer for a moment before raising an eyebrow. "Or have the FBI not made it that far in the investigation yet?"

Dylan stared her down for a long moment before he lowered his gun and returned it to the holster. “I believe you,” he said before reaching into his pocket. “Don’t worry, I’m just getting my badge.” He could tell she was a bit skittish. He pulled it out and held it up for her to see. “So what’s got you so riled up?”
She kept the weapon in her hands, Kate wasn’t going to let her guard down and she wasn’t moving from her advantageous position on the first run of the fire escape. She had the high point and the best firing line encase anything went wrong. “Nothing the FBI can help with now get out-” she got cut off…she caught something out of the corner of her eyes…there was someone else… “shh.” Kate moved quietly as she knocked the arrow onto her bow. She could see movement, she pulled the string back…took aim and fired the arrow upwards. It was going to miss but that was the point…it was another warning shot. Kate had miscalculated though. Part of the trick. She lose sight of the arrow the same moment a pack of cards were thrown over the edge of the fire escape above down on top of them. “Son of a bitch!” He’d got away again.

Threaten my muse with one of the following;
"I know who you love."
"I’ll beat you within an inch of your life!"
"I know what you’re scared of."
"I’ll tickle you until you’re blue in the face!"
"I’ll turn you into shoes!"
"Wouldn’t it be a shame if they found out your secret?"
"I’ll tie you up, get you hot, and leave you there, begging for more."
"You’re more helpless than you think. I know that."
"I’m going to have to take a look at your pancreas."

Dylan had his gun drawn and pointed at her as soon as she loosed her arrow, but he didn’t shoot. Her shot was a warning, not meant to harm him. “I’m Federal Agent Dylan Rhodes, FBI. It’s part of the job,” he explained, staying calm. “You want to explain what you’re doing here and why you fired at me?”
Oh shit. Kate normally had a rule when it came to local law enforcement…which was stay the hell away from them as much as she could. Shield could only bail her out of so much trouble. Slowly she drew another arrow, she turned it in her fingers…she was power playing him, she wasn’t going to look away, no flinching. No emotion. “Right…I’m going to buy that….you should put the gun down…I can shoot it out your hand faster than you can get a shot off. You don’t want to test that trust me.” Hold it. Hold your cool Katie. She told herself. It would be okay. She could get out of all of this hysterical mess if she just stayed calm.
