things to do on a sunday

🌸clean your room- clean the surfaces, open a window, empty the trash can, vaccum, polish the mirrors, organize the wardrobe and vanity.

🌸change your sheets 

🌸drink lots of water and green tea 

🌸have a good breakfast 

🌸apply a hair mask or oil your hair with natural oils 

🌸cleanse your face and steam it, then apply a face mask

🌸get you eyebrows done or just groom them, tweeze the hairs between the brows

🌸get your nails done, if you do it yourself, soak your hands, remove any old polish, file them…

🌸make a sugar and oil scrub and scrub your body 

🌸take a long shower and shave if you want

🌸moisturize your whole body

🌸light scented candles

🌸catch up on your fave tv show or books 

🌸wear clean pyjamas

🌸go to bed early 

🌸drink tea in bed
