I'm sorry to pester but did you get the link to the fic I wrote? I'm pretty sure I sent it - I sent it in an ask because the place to submit wasn't working.
it's not a bother at all! and no, I didn't, and if you sent it through ask, that's why. tumblr doesn't let you send asks that contain links or even periods before letters.
if you still want to use the askbox, use a workaround like removing the http:// and replacing all the periods with (dot) –– for example, Wikipedia becomes wikipedia (dot) org, Ao3 becomes archiveofourown (dot) org, etc. but if you want help with the submit box, I put a how-to-submit guide under the cut!
first things first: the tumblr mobile app doesn't let you use the submit page, so on your mobile browser, go to the submit page for this blog. if you want your URL to be on it, you'll have to log in on the browser you use first.
this is a screencap of the submit page. (as you can see, it's kind of a mess.) it works the same on mobile as on desktop.
things to note:
make sure you have the type of submission you want selected. it defaults to text, but if yours says "photo" when you load the submit page, change it to text. right now text and photo are the only types of submissions this blog accepts.
to include a link, you can just paste it right into the window. if you have a link to the imagine you were inspired by, it'd be nice to paste that here too. (if you linked it in the fic itself, you don't have to link to the imagine. I'll do that for you)
if the fic fits any of the tags, go ahead and check any of the boxes that apply!
make sure you check the "I accept the Terms of Submission" box. if you've never actually read the Terms of Submission, basically they're just "I agree to let you use the content I'm submitting, that I own the content I'm submitting, and that it's possible to contact me about this submission with either my URL or the e-mail I used while submitting." (of course, that last one is a little undermined when ppl use "[email protected]" as their e-mail address, but I don't really mind.)
after that, you should be good to go!

I'm so sorry to bother you again but…how exactly do I submit my fic to the submission spot? Do I just copy paste the whole thing in or do I post it to my Tumblr and copy the page link into the submission spot? Again, sorry for bothering you :/ (P.S. I use tumblr mobile, that's why I asked)
