Hello! Just wanted to drop in and say just how much of an inspiration you are to me. Your work is amazing, and I think I've probably read everything on the masterlist at least twice. (My favorite would have to be the Angels and Demons, series. I'm a total Cas girl, if that's a thing xD. I know this may seem quite odd, but I’m the Agent Leader on Supernatural Roleplayers Amino. One of my members started doing short stories, and for their first one they posted your story about the reader becoming pregnant with Sam’s child. They did provide credit and linked your profile here (this is how I’m managing to contact you), and have stated that they did not write it. They also said that every work after yours will be theirs. 

I just wanted to check with you to see if you are alright with this since you are the original author. As a writer myself, I know that some of us do not want our work shared on other platforms. However, I wanted to give this member the benefit of the doubt so I don’t disable the post right away.

This isn't a request i'm just curious. Am I the only one who thinks that being in a relationship could be like those couple goals? Ya know, like roaming around at night time and you guys would take photos of each other but not post them all over social media.. like they would be memories for just you two and he would carry your kids around on his shoulders. Like I know he's married and all but I just feel like he'd be a lot like this. It would be the cutest thing ever

I’m not exactly sure who you’re referring to; but I love the idea of a relationship that isn’t necessarily as open for the viewing public to see. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s so cool to be able to post pictures for friends and family; however, sometimes I feel like we tend to overdo it. Like, a lot of my cousins post EVERY little detail about their relationships on Facebook. I think that some things just need to be left unsaid.

Preferences: Panic Attack

TRIGGER WARNING - I’ll be putting this (and any other preference that I feel may be triggering to some) under a read-more.

Castiel:

Castiel is no stranger to your unfortunately frequent panic attacks. In fact, he is probably the only being, human and angel alike, who fully understands the reasoning behind them, as he was really the only person to ever ask.

Cas has taught himself to locate many of your triggers ahead of time, and if he sees fit, will do just about anything to distract you from your fears. However, not even he can always prevent the attacks from making a surprise appearance.

And so, he watches over you with great care, hastily flying you to a quiet, safe place at the first sign of trouble; whether it be an erratic change in your breathing pattern, the quickening of your heart rate, or a peculiar choking sound arising from the back of your throat.

In an attempt to keep you from injuring yourself while in your fearful state, the angel helps you settle onto the ground, all the while, remaining by your side, and reminding you to breathe. He chooses not to hold you, unsure if he may do more harm than good, should you be in the middle of a flashback, but makes sure to press his warm fingers against a pressure point on your wrist, hoping that his presence may be of comfort in some way.

“Although you may be quite scared right now, there is absolutely nothing that can cause you harm, [Y/N],” Castiel would affirm calmly, slowly enunciating his words, and keeping his tone steady. “I swear to you, everything is alright, and you are going to be just fine.”

Sam:

Although he himself can keep a level head when something or someone frightens him, Sam Winchester is well aware of the fact that you are not privy to the same particular trait.

After his first encounter with one of your rather gut-wrenching panic attacks, Sam takes it upon himself to learn what you might find helpful, and what may only add fuel to the already burning fire. 

Wanting to be completely prepared for when you find yourself frozen in fear, he spends his limited spare-time researching symptoms, and unbeknownst to you, uses small talk to unveil some of your triggers. He comes to recognize the feeling of your clammy skin against the tips of his fingers, and can now identify your look of utter detachment at the sensation of imminent danger.

When you are taken by surprise, the younger Winchester is ready in a moment’s notice, taking you by the hand, and leading you away from what you saw as a clear threat. He remains as calm as possible, and acts as if nothing is wrong, knowing that any sudden change in his behavior could bring you more anxiety, thus heightening your state of distress. 

“You’re safe with me, sweetheart,” Sam would gently promise, trying to use the soothing sound of his voice to distract your from your terrifying thoughts. “You’re going to get through this, okay? I won’t let anything hurt you.”

Dean:

While many people have made the comment that your panic attacks are simply over-dramatic, Dean Winchester is certain to voice otherwise. Having been in a similar situation a time or two himself, he remains supportive and unwavering, desiring to help you, as you once helped him.

Although Dean has yet to be fully aware of all of your triggers, he has developed keen senses for recognizing your symptoms; whether it be noticing when you stare blankly into space, complain of a sour stomach, or clutch at a thundering pain within your chest. 

He tries to have you focus on something other than the building fear, normally asking you to complete small tasks, such as counting to ten, or touching his nose with the tip of your pinky finger; but in most cases, nothing can keep you from succumbing to the panic. 

However, this does not deter the elder Winchester brother; rather, he merely adjusts his strategy.

Never wanting to make an incorrect assumption, the man always asks how he might be able to make things better. He stays within your reach and line of sight, believing that you may become more upset should you begin to think that he had left you alone or unprotected. 

“I’ve got you, baby,” he would tell you, granting you access to his hand and arm when you began to search for something to hold close. “I’ll always have your back.”

Ugh. I feel like such a schmuck for posting so many drabbles as of late. I’m trying to get some preferences and one-shots written; but with college, an internship starting last week, and my personal life, the drabbles have been nice to fall back upon.
