Well, there's another one. This Cookie in particular seemed very well put together. His clothes were fashionable, neat, and flowy; his smile perfect and rehearsed. It's no other than Clotted Cream Cookie! This Cookie is part of the Republic, and he a quite obviously makes it clear. However, unlike other Cookies, he isn't too cocky about it, and in fact, he is very willing to tend to your needs! However, don't be surprised if you find him saying things he couldn't say directly to you.
Under his sparkly character, he's a Cookie with a rather harsh childhood. Long story short, his relationship with his father was just...not the best. But, at least he's perfect now, right?
