My 2nd dose experience in Sepupuk, Niah. DISCLAIMER: DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TAKE THE JAB! THIS IS JUST FOR ME TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE SO THAT EVERYONE WON'T REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID. Yesterday I was excited as usual to get my 2nd Pfizer jab in Sepupuk. After the jab, I felt that my left arm was beating super hard but I'm still positive as the first one was also like that. When I was sitting at the observation hall, I felt my head was getting heavier and heavier. There's one thing in my mind which is asking the staffs for water until.I.realised.someone's.shouting.and.calling.my.name. I woke up and realised that I FAINTED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. The medical team quickly carried me over to the bed inside of the hall and closed the shutters. They quickly tested my blood pressure etc and made sure that I'm okay. They gave me food & water and told me to rest for around 30mins. When I asked why, they told me I was dehydrated as I only drank a couple gulps of water before entering the hall. There's a couple of things you can learn from my unfortunate experience: 1. Drink lots of water before, during and after taking the vaccine. 2. Have enough sleep. 3. Don't forget to state if you have any allergies in the "catatan" section (some cases are because of this). 4. Try to be calm, strong and postive if youre scared with needles (some cases are because of this too, takut jarum sampai pengsan). It was definitely an eye-opening experience that I'll never forget, it felt like I died for a few minutes and woke up shortly after. Massive thanks and kudos to the person next to me for grabbing me to prevent me from falling to the ground, the volunteers and medical staffs for their quick response and also to my friends who knew about this incident yesterday and wished me well.
