When will I ever learn...

...to listen to my feelings and my body. Had a dance show today and an already exhausting rehearsal yesterday, but still got talked round by my father to come over to my parents place this evening. He had some old friends over for dinner and asked, if I could come and join them. When he called I was just getting out of the shower and actually was already in pyjamas, but still got dressed again and forced myself to go there, even if my body and mind told me to stays home and crawl into bed. It was terrible. The voices overlapped at some point and I was constantly ripped out of a conversation, only to be dragged into topics that I would only discuss which my best friends. Now I’m lying in bed feel ing nauseous and my head aches and my heart is racing. I can hear my blood swirling through my ears and I feel so bad, because tomorrow I will have to get up early although I could use a day off, because of everything that happened today. I really don’t know what to do now. I feel so exhausted.
