Lea Michele and Dianna Agron dated from 2009 to possibly fall 2011.
Dianna and Naya Rivera have a FWB relationship during the Glee tour May to July 2011. This likely overlapped with Lea (might’ve been what ended them, along with Shirtgate). This also might have overlapped with Taylor in the very beginning.
Dianna met Taylor Swift in 2011. Dated at least until summer 2013, but it was very on and off.
Dianna was in London with Naya in May 2012 and in Paris with Naya in September 2012. Possible cause of Swiftgron rockiness.
Lea dated Cory Monteith from mid-2012 until his death in July 2013.
Taylor *officially* met Karlie Kloss in fall 2013. Though had a Tweet-ship in January 2012.
The Proposal between Dianna and Taylor supposedly happened January 24th, 2013.

Fifth Harmony joins Taylor on the 1989 tour in summer 2015.
