this issue looks cool but is impossible to read!  camacho’s brother wrote us a cool bit about being stuck on the burning cruise ship in cancun but we printed it in yellow so no one could read it.

this was the hardest real news to make and i remember staying up til the wee hours of the morning complaining about how stupid it was that we were doing this.  it is also my favorite issue!  the love chart was supposed to function like some kind of chinese take-out paper placemat.

fun fact: this title font is based on the coexist bumper sticker, and later we made an edition of 10 bumper stickers with this graphic.  one of them went on to live on this riso at colpa press which has since been sold and probably scraped off.
