Hey, Wondering if anyone has any info or experience on FTM top surgery with Dr James Chappell in Annapolis, MD? Online it says he does top surgery, but there's no info or photos about it on his website. I found one guy that went to him, but idk how long ago that was. I did message him tho to see.
