(So Iāve done some serious thinking and revamping on Yuiās speedy speed stuff and I think Iām very comfortable with where she is now because she has balances:)
(Yuiās Soul Ability is just Speed now, the molecular vibration control and such is going to Yuri and Lily, so i can better explain them being immune to time stopping as well.
Yuiās immunity comes from the fact that she still posses herĀ ācanāt be taken out out of motion entirely everā passive, since she be speedy.
Like she described, when ever she kicks on the speed, her body naturally secretes a chemical Ā that slows her perception of time based on how fast sheās going, this chemical can be taken from her and given to others as well to do the same effects, however itās agonizing because unlike Yui, anyone who canāt speed up moves as slow as they perceive, so it feels like youāre trapped in slow mo or frozen, though you CAN see Yui doing her thing in normal speed too, itās kinda neat.
The chemical is easily metabolized, so it passes VERY quickly-ish, while you may feel slow mo-ed or frozen for say 10 or so minutes, in reality itās only been say 1 minute.Ā
The balance is that because it breaks down quick, Yuiās body has to eat into itās resources to make it constantly while sheās rolling around at way over the speed of sound, not to mention higher speeds need higher concentrations and higher doses, which take linearly(or possibly exponentially) longer for even her system to break down.
What does that mean?
It means that say Yui wants to slow down the world to say what a 10000fps slow mo video since sheās speeding up, that wonāt require much chemical, nor will it take long to pass, so she can do that for quite some time.
Say we ramp it up to a million fps level of slow mo for MUCH higher speed, that means not only does Yui need a stronger dose of time chem, but she HAS to process it faster or risk suffering ājet lagā, where after she turns off her speed, sheās STILL stuck in her slow perception and now even SHEāS frozen in it.
How do we break down bigger doses faster? We ramp up the speed of Yuiās metabolism, meaning as she speeds herself up, her metabolism goes into overdrive, great for preventing jet lag right?
Sure, except now her metabolism is eating MOST of Ā her resources while making the time chem is taking the others, so while she doing her supersonic routine, her bodyās basically burning/eating itself, and this can easily outpace her regen.
This means Yui canāt just speed all the time or stay in her speed world of OP, if she stays too long, her metabolism will halt her regeneration, and then eat at her until she looks malnourished, meaning she gets weaker over time, if that happens in an absolute worst case. Sheāll end up ENTIRELY immobile as her body fails to respond due to not having the nutrition it needs, AND sheāll be stuck in her severely slow jet lag!

But then I realized that well. That would be the ideal for Yuri, sheād be met with scowls and nasty looks or over the top scared reactions along with her mother if they did really go a theme park because of what they are.
(Sometimes I forget that while Yui talks about Yuri only being 12 and acts like sheās a kid.
Yuriās actually in high school, sheās gonna graduate at the end of her current year and start her Tech based majors that sheāll finish college by 14.
