How likely is Denzel to bare knuckle fist fight another dragon-like being?

Denzel isn't the type to just fight for the sake of it. If he encountered another draconic hybrid or a dragon fae, his first idea wouldn't be to put up his dukes to see which of them is sturdier, so I don't think it's all that likely, unless he's convinced.

But in a scenario where he WOULD. I mean.

The only frame of reference we have within canon for a dragon is Malleus, and if Denzel were to try and fist-fight Malleus... he's getting folded like a lawn chair. He's only half dragon, after all, and even taking magic out of the equation, Malleus is basically a special existence. Denzel is athletic, but Malleus had Lilia to guide him.

He's gonna swing once on Malleus, then come to in the hospital, with Sebek about to elbow drop him.

Sorry it took so long to get back, I got distracted. I think Denzel's godly parent would be Poseidion.

I say Poseidion because children of Poseidion are known to be shifty in mood like a storm, one minute they're calm or chill and the next they're summoning a hurricane on someone who mildly insulted them. They're also reactive to people around them, if you make them feel inferior or insulted they're react with anger but if you're nice and patient and stuff they're chill with you. Their fatal flaws include things like impulsiveness, being way too loyal, and being extreme when they get jealous/envious (kinda like when Denzel made Riddle's first year at NRC miserable because he was upset. It was extreme and an impulsive decision)

I can see this!! I think that fits Denzel pretty well!! But my Epic the Musical-loving brain is now just imagining Denzel belting out Ruthlessness or Get in the Water, and you know. It works.

I don't know anything about Mega Man, so I don't know who that is! I looked him up, and he seems like the Shadow the Hedgehog type character for the Mega Man game?

I think Denzel is more tsundere than edgy, but I also don't know if Bass is an edgy character... is he also a tsundere?

Your oc lore with two different races resulting in technically another separate race is actually really interesting and I love it

I had a similar idea for my oc, for one merfolk parent and one fae parent resulting in a siren, but I never expanded further because I was scared of getting stuff wrong in the lore LOLOL

I wanted to make another oc where a horse beastman and fae results in a unicorn- you might've just reignited my passion, I'd love to see more about your ocs and Denzel

That's an incredibly cool idea on how to bring sirens into the TWST universe!! I wouldn't worry about getting things wrong in the lore; making OCs should always be about enjoyment first, logic second! But I also do understand wanting to make your characters fit; that's why I struggled so much with settling on what a Jabberwocky would be.

But in the case of TWST, it's fairly easy to believe that the different races can have children with each other, like Sebek, who has a human father and a fae mother. And we have real-world examples of species that are similar enough to crossbreed and create hybrid offspring. (Ligers, mules, coywolves)

Thanks to Sebek existing, we know that fae can have children with humans, so why wouldn't that apply to the other races? I can't think of a reason why a beastman couldn't conceive with a human, and so on and so forth. So I invite people to use the idea of hybrids to bring new races into Twisted Wonderland!! It's a lotta fun to imagine what pairing of parents would result in what in a child!!

Question: What's Denzel's winters like? Does he wear a coat? Get in trouble for snowball fights? Eat the snowballs fired at him?

Denzel is NOT a fan of winter. Something about it messes with the more reptilian parts of his biology. He feels slower and much more drowsy, so he tries to force his blood to pump faster and run hotter.

He absolutely does wear a coat, because he has to. Something thick and insulated, and he hates it. Denzel likes his clothes breezy and comfortable, but he's also not looking to get sick. (lightning sneezes) But he does take part in snowball fights! He usually gets carried away trying to force himself to move around and take part in winter sports, which ends up with him getting sick.

He's not keen to eat snowballs. He'd rather eat a snowcone, because at least those have flavoring.
