I used to think that it would be better to wait to travel or travel anywhere cool with kids until they were older and could all remember each trip etc.. and boy was I so wrong. We’ve already learned so much from each other and the girls bonded in such new ways. They’ve learned the art of waiting, working together, encouragement and both older girls seem to have such appreciation for where they are. Flexibility and openness with of course, so many emotions too. I’ve been journaling each day so far and want to compile more thoughts when my phone isn’t at 2% and everyone else’s is asleep and I should join them:) Kids wake up at the crack of dawn on vacation too, I guess. Who knew! ☺️
