The Best Things To Do In Jakarta
I frequently get questions from friends what there is to see and do in Jakarta. As I have ran bunches of Jakarta sightseeing tours, I am actually one of the best persons to ask these types of questions!
I have to admit though, on account of the bad air and traffic, I don't typically recommend visiting Jakarta to my friends. However, following some further thinking, there are many reasons to visit this city. And there are a great deal of exceptional Jakarta attractions to be found! So here are a few recommendations about activities in Jakarta, the best Jakarta vacation spots and Jakarta points of interest, which I am certain you'll discover makes Jakarta worth exploring.
How about we begin with my list!
1. Appreciate the Best Bars with Delightful Views
One of my preferred things about Jakarta is the nightlife. There are extraordinary bars and astounding eateries everywhere throughout the city. My top choices, you need to visit, are Skye Bar and Cloud Lounge and Eating. Skye Bar is on the 56th floor of the BCA building. And they offer all encompassing views of the Jakarta skyline. Make a point to dress up as they have a pretty strict dress code.
2. Experience the Lavish Hotels
Lavish hotels in Jakarta resemble an oasis of tranquility. When you venture into the entryway you can leave the bustling clamoring boulevards of the city and the perpetual traffic behind you. It’s like venturing into a different universe. Hermitage Jakarta is presumably my preferred lodging right now. It's a boutique luxury inn with an incredible rooftop bar. Raffles Jakarta is a close second with it's Alice in Wonderland style lounge room.
3. Monas – The National Landmark
As a symbol of the city and an image of the battle of Indonesia, Monas is a spot worth visiting. Apart from the landmark itself, you can also find The National History Historical center located here. In this historical center there are numerous dioramas delineating the historical backdrop of Indonesia. Notwithstanding finding out about the historical backdrop of Indonesia, it's very fascinating to snap pictures with Monas in the background. Be innovative and make your very own kind of picture!
4. Appreciate the nightlife
Jakarta is frequently called the "city that never rests." And Jakarta has its very own appeal at night. The urban skyline with the many lights looks delightful, and the dance club and bars are constantly occupied.
