- 230g Unsalted Butter
- 250g Self-propelled Flour
- 85g White Sugar
- 10g Brown Sugar
- 5g Almond Powder
- around one piece of a dark chocolate bar
- A pinch of Salt
➹🥛Recipe🥛➹
1. Chop up the dark chocolate in little pieces and put them to the side.
2. Mix the (on room temperature) butter together with the almond powder, brown and white sugar until combined.
➳ you can do this with a wisk or a stand mixer!
3. Mix in the flour in bits (by sifting the flour in little portions), and mix until a smooth, yet firm dough.
4. Add the pieces of chocolate in the dough and knead the dough with your hands.
➳ If you don't like to get your hands dirty, then you can put some disposable gloves!
5. Make a big ball from the dough and cover the ball fully in plastic foil.
6. Put the dough in the refridgerator for 1 hour.
➳ AFTER AN HOUR » preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)!
7. Take out the dough and lay it down on the surface with the used plastic foil underneath.
8. Put baking paper on a baking tray.
9. Grab a bit of dough, roll it into a ball, and lay it on the baking trey.
➳ if you wanna make it into a bear, add 2 tiny balls on top of the ball to act as ears, put a little ball in the middle of the big ball to act like a nose!
10. Sprinkle on a bit of salt onto the doughballs and put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden.
➳ Make sure after they're done to let them rest for at least an hour, so the cookies can firm up some more!
