How does Kira use her fire and how did she learn she had it originally?

((she had a surgery done once she was done growing. Around 14 or so. She was well aware that it was going to happen and that she'd have to learn how to use it - strictly for performances only. Basically she had some organs replaced with tech and Soulstorm acts as the perfect fuel.

The sole reason the surgery was done was because higherups thought it would be cool and make her stand out as a performer lol
