Gaining weight is cool

So I’ve seen on Instagram a trend on the “gaining weight is cool” hashtag, and scrolling through I saw all the top posts were women who put on weight for muscle and the gym. Looking at through this hashtag I was hoping to find inspiring posts of women and men who put on weight for health reasons (I.e. anorexia, love you body etc) not a stream of posts of already healthy women using the hashtag for some extra likes instead of using it to inspire someone who is struggling with weight issues
