Koharu attempts to stand on the railing of the uppermost platform to see if she can reach the roof and pull herself up.
You do manage to make your way up to the roof, hoisting your way up onto the small barrier around the perimeter of it. From here you have a view of the city.... it, almost seems endless from here, huh. Every direction you look it seems to stretch on forever.
Alright, koharu tries to find a fire escape that's within reach. If she can't reach it, she'll see if she can climb up onto a dumpster to reach it.
Koharu... does manage to snag onto a fire escape ladder low enough for her to grab and scales it up!

..To almost the top of the building. You’re level with the highest floor in this building and the stairs end here, the roof a bit above you.
Whatever. Koharu makes her way back in past the barricade and looks for anything that could be a way on top of the buildings
Some buildings seem to have fire escapes and dumpsters nearby for a height boost in the alleys between them.

There’s no deadbolts here! It’s less complicated than any of the locks in that house so its a normal lock. And... taking advantage of the fact that no one seems to be looking you manage to get rid of the lock entirely and open the door.
...And there’s not even a toilet here. There’s just a door sized glowing portal. Where the hell are you supposed to go to the bathroom now?
Leave the core so she could ACTUALLY talk to Cat instead of just screaming for him? No. That would be too easy. She takes a moment to squint angrily at her card before actually finally managing to insert it the correct way!
You finally insert your ID card into the machine the right way, and it lets out a dull whrrrr. For a long moment, nothing happens… until you notice a loading bar has appeared on the screen. What’s going on, exactly…?
Waiting five minutes, it gives you an [UPDATE COMPLETE] in cheery green letters, before an entirely new screen opens up presenting you with the following:

The door itself is a bit heavy, and has a solid core. The lock seems to be a simple steel lock that seems a bit rusted, not nearly as much of a hassle to deal with as the ones in that house.

Completely unaware that the portal assignments have been reset, Colt goes through the manhole portal again.
Colt drops into the manhole several feet down and emerges in the foyer. Good thing no one else went into it yet or he’d be stuck for sure!
