Deceived. The world has been deceived. But no one knows. No one cares. However, I see it; that the truths we believe are only built on blood, death, and lies.

I lie in the darkness and think of silence. It is quite beautiful and has become underestimated as the world around me moans in delight at every technological touch. But as for me, the night touches and penetrates the mose intimate areas of my soul.

A dog barks in the distance. A horn honks in the night. Traffc lights flicker and I lay in bed quietly observing the darkness.

Bondage. Pull out the chains of culture and life. Whip yourself with limitations. Cut yourself with society’s mirror and see that your blood is ignored because the world is on their cellphones. Whatever happened to the excitement of desire? Where has the yearning for more intimate moment ms gone? Bind me to the darkness. Chain me to the night. Whip me with lust and yearning. Cut me with your piercing eyes. Allow me to release all of myself on you all.

The word once again is waiting. Most of life is spent on waiting. Waiting for the coffee to drip. Waiting for the water to boil. Waiting for that first kiss. Waiting for the next intimate touch. Waiting for the sun to burn brightly and the snow to quickly melt. I am waiting, but what for, I just do not know.

We all live in secrets. The fantasies wrestle with reality. You want a lick of the nipple, but all you taste are the Tic Tacs floating around in your mouth. Your thoughts caress and penetrate nothing but the air around you. Fantasies make me laugh.

There is no pussy in war. There is no dick either. There is only blood red and coal black as ashes and fire fill the sky. Baptize yourself in lies, if you must. The only one who will save you is the innocent child on the other side of the grassy knoll. Not some politician with a crooked tie and a dried up inkwell.

Perception. The way you see things. The way I think. The way he feels. The way she tastes. The way we enjoy. Oh darling, is it still as delightful and pleasant as it was when it was brand new? If not, dip the pen in the ink again and let me show you how exhilerating writing can be again.

Clean. Open the windows of your dusty soul, allow the light to penetrate dust bunnies so thick, put on the gloves, get on your knees, take a deep breath in, and place your hands in the mess as you write down the filthiest and purest phrases one could ever imagine.

We are all waiting for something. At the moment, I am waiting for an overcrowded metro. Oh can you feel the joy overflowing like honey dripping off of a spoon? Well, neither can I, but I tell you what. At least I don’t feel as miserable as most people in this queue looks. Accept it.

Grey skies come and go. Such is the nature of the life we live. Complain if you will or, better yet, make a pot of tea, a fresh warm meal, and open that damn book you’ve been waiting to read. You are not in a fucking prison.

The problem every writer faces is learning how to allow the thoughts to flow past the fucking mental dam we have built in our subconsciousness. Screw religious, political, or social beliefs. This is humanity. Someone, somewhere, will be offended. If not by what you write, then by how you live. So sit on the chair like you sit on the porcelain throne and let what is inside flow out. Or, if you want a prettier picture, lie on that bed wearing nothing and allow the screams to come forth, even if it means touching yourself.

My future wife is asleep next to me. Sometimes I wonder what she dreams about, but then I stop wondering. We all have fucked up dreams or wet dreams or dreams about people we wish we never had met before. We all are haunted by dreams that paralyze us and by those we wish would never end.

I used to write poetry. I used to allow it to burn like acid in the crevaces of my brain, but then it stopped. The words dried up like the Sahara at noon. Acid is not interesting unless it is dangerous. Whispers are supposed to be risky, aren’t they?

A little sunlight is good for life. And well, so is a little darkness. For sometimes the silence speaks loudly at night as it reveals creative secrets for the insomniac soul. Allow the warm blanket to embrace and consume you.

Turn off the safe mode in your life once in a while so that you can experience the tingling sensation of the blood flowing fast and passionately to your fingertips. Allow then the electricity of your neurons to ignite a spark in the dull recesses of a silent sigh where the unleashed desire will produce a natural yearning that consumes like wildfire.
