I do understand the people complaining about Sanchez but as @melodious-oblivion has documented she historically has 1 very good year followed by 1 bad year on cycle and the world cup is next year

The other issue with this year being Sanchez’s good year is that it’s happening with her on the wing, not in the midfield, and Emma pointed that out in her presser. Yes she can play both, and play them well, but those are two positions with high competition. She’s not out of the picture completely, but it’ll take a lot to be in serious call up consideration for the fall.

Anyone who doubts the value Sams brings to a team should watch Orlando right now. Love is love, but Mace and Rafa are NOT the CB pair we need. Almost every team has been successful booting a ball over the top because Mace and Rafa are a sloooooow pair. Put Mace at fullback or bench her.
