Angelkin.  My Heaven is the city I live in, my purpose is positivity.  My wings are fluffy.  Do I have an angelic name?  Probably, but if I do, it's not going to end in -iel.

honestly a big reason of why i don't want to go back home is because i'd miss out on all the good food. it's truly a blessing.

Anon this ask is so old but it is so valid. Food is so great and humans are so good at it. Just the other day my partner made me these incredible waffles from scratch, just absolutely amazing. I love human food.

This doesn’t make any sense.  We have stuff in Heaven that is obviously human in origin, like books and architecture and fountains and clothing.  But we don’t have FOOD???  The basic of necessities that every living being needs to survive?

where are my divine folk who aren’t made of gold and white but silver and black. where their halos don’t glow but blur in vivid colors. where are my divine folk made of vegetation and bone and marrow and nothing but smog. where are my divine folk who resemble animals and monstrous creatures rather than human figures and depicted ‘holy’ beings. where are my divine folk who must be second glanced because they’re not a traditional, graceful, glorious being.

For the angels who were not built to strike righteous fear into the hearts of enemies

For the angels who never truly were warriors, even if they did have to fight

For the angels deemed softer or weaker by our brothers or sisters

For those who fell, and did not feel like they belonged among the darkness

For those who fell, and felt fear of their new home and new neighbors

For all of the softer angels, you are valid.

You did not have to be a warrior at heart. You did not have to be strong and mighty all of the time. A requirement for falling never was to feel at home in hell.

Do you know if all angels come from Jesus? I'm not a religious person and idk why but it kinda bothers me if I'm angelkin but I'm 'from' Jesus, I don't want to be associated with a faith I guess? Ugh i'm a mess...

Angels are not exclusive to Christianity, if that’s what you’re worried about. They’re mentioned in a myriad of religions, not just one or two. You can have nothing to do with any faith if you so choose.
