Innumerable Muses

(I'm tentatively putting the new blog's url here if you'd like to follow. I only just did the taglist, deciding on which muse from all my blogs are going there, & I plan to follow up with individual posts per muse so that I can make a easy system. Maybe I'll figure out how to do a Google doc for the muses too, but I know that I'm kinda all over the place, ah ha.)

Everything smelt so different. Weed could tell that this was the paradise he fought to protect along side his friends, and the very same one his father did at his age. The sight was somewhat different along with the smells. Everything just felt off. But being the ever curious little dog that he was, he ventured forth to see what he could find to explain what was going on. (To Gin!)

⸺Things are quiet, yet wasn't the war with Akakabuto the whole point? To have peace afterwards? Without the so-called demon bear to threaten everyone as he had, the dogs have settled into a new sort of rhythm, though this was new to at least the leader of the pack. Gin was quietly growing more confident in his new role, though he's finding that he needs time to himself often. This was another one of those instances where he wanted to go off on his own after everyone had been given assignments needed for the day.

⸺So for him to find someone fresh & new was unexpected, though not unwanted. Yet, he felt a little troubled. Another silver Akita Inu? Gin had been told all his life that silver Inu's were prized for their ability to go beyond the normal Inu, though Gin couldn't help but disagree most of the time - his father had left big paw prints to follow, after all. Still, he couldn't help but wag his tail lightly in greeting. He seemed roughly about Gin's age, if he had to guess - maybe a little younger?

First off, this is NOT for me - it's for a really cool person that goes by Nadeen on the webs. Currently they're dealing with irl stuff such as losing their cat despite the vet's best attempts, as well as their PayPal being disputed, so they're using a new PayPal since they need the money. But they're not asking for money for free (though they'd REALLY appreciate tips & donations if you'd like to help only a little bit).

Agent Franks

The original Frankenstein's monster, a Fallen Angel. It's unknown which of the angels Franks was before he & his fellow rebels were cast out of Heaven, but he's known as "one of the most powerful". As a being denied entry to Earth as a spirit to be born as part of the Plan, he observed humanity from where he & the rest of the Fallen Angels were banished. He did not like humanity, but he did come to regret not being part of the Plan.

However, he also noted that at least some humans would attempt to mimic the Creator, & one day, an alchemist named Johann Konrad Dippel would start to work on a flesh golem after finding that his Elixir of Life was too much for a regular man & had decided to try it on a golem he would create from parts of corpses, hidden away in Castle Frankenstein. Franks, unnamed at the time, would bid his time & then take control of that golem when Dippel was ready to shock it to life while feeding it his Elixir, all the while holding off his fellow brethren, such as Kurst, from taking possession.

The experience was excruciatingly painful for a being that never had a mortal body. But that is a story for later, for when his bio is written.

Point is, Agent Franks will be such a fun muse to write.

Franks is a modern agent of the American government, specifically the Monster Control Bureau (MCB), though obviously he's been around before Earth was populated with humans, yet he didn't have a body until the 18th century. He emits a kind of aura that makes people want to avoid him as he is basically not human, though he really comes across as a real asshole since he isn't emotional.

He had been with the American government before it became a government, & when asked why, if he's really pressed to answer, he'll say "Ben Franklin asked nicely".
