Inoshishi - Gravenapped

"Unc, where's my cuz? Shouldn't he be in his hole?" Grunt asked his uncle/surrogate father, Kiba, as he came home from the restaurant/lounge hybrid, Razor's Rave.

Kiba was sitting on the couch with his hands over his face. His son, Goro, who perished some few years ago at 18 years, was buried in front of the Inoshishi household. Hours ago, Goro's corpse was removed from his coffin in its grave. Kiba had contacted the police, but no clues to Goro's disappearance could be found.

The middle-aged boar moved his hands, looking grim. "He's been stolen," he answered.

Grunt wasn't too upset; shocked, but not upset. His relationship with his late-cousin was quite rocky. Goro loved to tease his younger cousin about a variety of subjects: his personality, his intelligence, who he hung out with, how he felt about his weight, and so on. Grunt knew it was tough love, though, and he almost missed it.

"Any clues?" Grunt demanded.

Kiba shook his head. "Chief Boham was being his useless self again." His eyes narrowed. "But I suspect some had something against my son." 

"Who, though? F'iend is dead," Grunt reminded, "No one seemed to hate him except--" He stopped himself and immediately ran out of the house. Kiba was too forlorn to follow the future head of the Inoshishi Clan.

Goro Inoshishi was pretty unaccepting of Emilio’s sweet and soft nature, and was very aware of the closet before anyone else.

It's finally June, and Symon finally has what he wanted. It's gotten so hot that he's been reduced to his boxers, but he hasn't eaten in weeks; he's way too hungry to care right now.

Starting on June (or more accurately: right now), my new pfp will be of Hugo in this very Gorillaz lookin' style for 'Summer of Hugo'.

Kiba never did get to take his son Goro here for his first time; he blames himself for letting him go off on his own during a small-scale war.

So I allowed myself to attempt drawing Grunt in the CalArts style. And he makes it work.
