this post needs more notes!!!!!
things i seek in 2018;
falling in love again, lots of books, endless cups of coffee, vacations, journals filled with poetry & stories, saving money, purging out toxic people & embracing the love around me in friends & family, working hard at my job, blooming into who i’m meant to be.
Life can just suck my boot foot, right now.

I donut care! ✊🏼 get in my belly! Happy national donut day!
“When you walk, one foot is always on the ground. When you run, most of the time you are actually airborne. For example: a 6-foot-tall runner with feet about 1 foot long was found to take 1,250 steps while running 8-minute miles. Thus, while covering 1 mile—5,280 feet—he was in touch with the ground for 1,250 feet and airborne for 4,030 feet.
Put another way, he was in the air for 76% of the time. So don’t think of it as a 10-mile run. Think of it as 7 miles of flying.”

Feeling more on edge than normal today. I'm not sure if it's the long work hours or my roommate is just driving me crazy. She imitates me like I'm this monotone person with a deep voice that never laughs and hates life. Just because I'm not always on doesn't mean i'm like that. She likes to throw in little comments as if she knows me. I'm probably knit picking but it's just getting too much. Her need for approval, and idk what, is just becoming a lot to handle. I have my own battles to fight, keep to your own.
Every imperfection is beautiful. I used, and still do, look at myself every morning. No matter if I'm rushing or not. One thing I'm working on is not checking and tearing myself down every morning. Yes, I may wake up a feeling smaller, but the body that's there 5-30 minutes later is what I currently have. This is me just standing and not flexing. It's an uplifting feeling when you start accepting yourself where you're at. Still working hard to become better though!
These legs are done from my leg workout this week... Guess the only thing to do is run it off in Boston! 🙃😭
