            after hearing these words which were tinted with a tone of annoyance, deimos let a scoff escape from his mouth, crossing his arms and gaining an expression of humorous disbelief. 

              “ look at you like what? it’s funny that you think i pity anyone, lady. everyone deserves what happens to them, ” the younger viotto twin began, his voice evidently giving away that he wasn’t taking this situation seriously whatsoever. despite the fact that deimos had no intention of being in conflict with alcina dimitrescu, the boy loved to witness just how much others could endure of him pushing their buttons until they would eventually snap. unfortunately for lady dimitrescu, this predicament the two of them were in had caused her to be his next victim of this kind of experiment of his. 

             “ what makes you think you’re so special, anyway? ” deimos continued, finishing his statement by muttering these words under his breath.

amaryllis :  what is something or someone that your muse takes pride in ?   how do they express that pride ?  ( phobos )

            phobos always admired the fact that he seemed to be able to get under people’s skin and into their minds relatively easily. hardly ever does phobos come across someone who he opposes that poses a challenge for him in terms of playing his mind games, which is an advanced skill of his that he thoroughly appreciates. while his brother seemed to enjoy not bothering with the mental side of a conflict, phobos intensively focused on this aspect, even though he did occasionally partake in the bloodshed of a fight which he also could find fulfillment in. the evidence that this pride exists is shown when someone manages to evade his attempts of psychologically debasing them. if this event occurs, phobos completely loses his typical stoic and calm demeanor, becoming extremely enraged at the situation. not only does phobos take this as a failure, but also as an insult to his intelligence, which he values probably the most out of everything that was enhanced about him.

gladiolus : describe a moment from your muse's life that they will never forget. ( phobos )

             the entire month of april 2021 felt like a kind of two-sided blessing, and whatever higher beings there are didn’t seem to like giving phobos too many of those. some months after what happened within the village, phobos managed to introduce himself to geneva kennedy, a girl who seemed a bit too perfect to be real. the girl who appeared to be the adopted daughter of the man phobos had been ordered to monitor at one point in his life had managed to secure her position on phobos’ list of few people he actually fully appreciated, causing him to want to learn more about her. this was one of the first times in years that the elder win could not be worrying about a mission or a task he had to accomplish, and it felt relieving to be able to spend a considerable amount of his time being with this person he had just been formally introduced to. 

             however, with this introduction came a myriad of worries; for example, what would happen if she found out about acts which he had committed within his past under different affiliates? thoughts like these ran through his head for a while within each encounter phobos had with geneva.

         “ come on, you know nothing’s gonna happen to us, ”

        this was the last statement which deimos uttered before injecting himself with the c-virus in front of his brother, who was also in the disguise of a recruited foreign mercenary aiding the edonian liberation army. while this was a true statement, the regeneration ability the twins acquired from their testing caused them to experience no issues from the c-virus injections, this statement of assurance was more for himself than for phobos, who seemingly was not phased by the task at hand. the whole purpose as to why the twins were even ‘aiding the edonian liberation army’ was that they were supposed to aid in apprehending jake muller, who was a legitimate recruited mercenary. they were instructed to blend into the atmosphere by whatever means necessary, and while deimos always wished to return successful, this action appeared to be very challenging for himself. there was a kind of anxiety running through his veins in this moment that deimos had never experienced before, especially since he was usually the audacious and bold twin who took every risk presented to him. is this what fear felt like?

         the two of them had been lied to countless times by those they worked for. how were they really supposed to know if nothing would happen?

chrysanthemum : how does your muse express romantic love ? how do they feel about love as a concept ? ( deimos )

          love as a whole is an excessively complicated subject for deimos. deimos, unlike phobos, has very little interest in romantic love. love as a concept is something that is utterly ridiculous to deimos, and has been since he can remember. feeling any sort of romantic affection towards other is extremely rare for him, let alone expressing romantic affection or love towards anyone. however, if someone were to somehow crack the younger twin’s protective outer layer, they would most likely not be receiving any material objects as tokens of his love, rather, he would attempt to impress them through acts of service. whatever this said person wanted done, deimos would attempt to do for them, trying to gain their appreciation and approval. 

amaryllis : what is something or someone that your muse takes pride in ? how do they express that pride ? ( deimos )

          while deimos may have not appreciated the experimenting that he was required to undergo, there is no doubt that deimos takes pride in the abilities which he gained from them. deimos is immensely guilty of acquiring an extreme power complex due to his experimenting, and the younger twin believes that his abilities of decelerated aging, superhuman strength, superhuman speed, and enhanced intelligence make him just that much more powerful when compared to others. this pride is evidently expressed through the overconfident, arrogant, and reckless behavior which deimos exhibits within most of his encounters with others. furthermore, his excessive pride in his abilities can often lead to his downfall, due to the fact that he forgets to actually think things through before he acts, despite his ‘enhanced intelligence’. 

nasturtium : describe your muse’s relationship with their birthplace , or homeland. ( phobos )

          phobos has absolutely no desire to revisit his birthplace, since everything he relates london, england, to is immensely negative. truthfully, the only things that come to mind when the elder viotto twin ponders the location are both of his truly unbelievable parents, who were terrible in their own rights. how could not only one, but both parents give up their kids? there was a time in his life when he responded to his legal first name, cassius, more often than his test subject name, which is something that causes his entire being to ache. of course, this distress is never expressed to anyone in his presence, however; phobos still holds a special hatred for that city. in terms of italy and romania, phobos does not consider those countries as homelands, no matter if he has relatives whom live in those areas or if half of his family bloodline is from those areas. he had never fully lived in either of those countries, thus causing him to not have any significant feelings towards either. 

salvia : is your muse possessive over people or things that matter a lot to them ? how do they express that possessiveness, or lack thereof ? ( phobos )

          it’s fair to say that phobos is probably the most possessive person someone could come across when it comes to people or objects which have great importance to him. while phobos couldn’t care less for certain people or things, those who he becomes close to are more than aware of his almost overbearing presence. due to the fact that he has intense attachment and trust issues because of events that occurred to him in the past, he constantly attempts to keep those people or things that mean the most to him nearby so that he can personally make sure nothing happens to those people or things. this possessiveness can come across as defensiveness, due to the fact that it can make the elder twin excessively confrontational and more aggressive than usual.
