Led by Artist group Super/Collider and curated by Floating Cinema volunteers, the voice and movement become intertwined with colour and image. Parrallel to this, illustrator/volunteer Rachel McGivern will be gracing the Stratford Pontoon with her special drawing machine! This is a blog run by the Floating Cinema Volunteers as we prepare for the build up of our amazing Fun Palaces project! We will be running a screening of "Nostalgia for the Light"—an incredible feature-length documentary exploring the long-lost histories hidden by the Pinochet regime in the Chilean Atacama Desert, the highest point on earth where the sky is so translucent it is possible to see the furthest parts of the universe.
