Land of freedom?

So, the USA is a concept, it is the “land of freedom”, the place where everything is possible.

So, when the most pressing social issue was racism, the USA elected a black president. Like: “Look at us, how evolved and open-minded we are.”

Now, it’s all about feminism and gender equality.

There is a female candidate. My prediction: Hillary will become the most powerful woman in the world.

And then again they will be able to say to the rest of the world: “Look how fucking great we are.”

And good for them! I don’t really care about politics, but I just had this thought, so here it is.
