Squirrel Hill based artists group Inspire Collective collaborate with local graphic designer behind the "Stronger Than Hate" image, Tim Hindes, to create murals across the city of Pittsburgh.
INSPIRE Collective is a husband and wife team of public art exhibition curators who work with a wide variety of mediums and artists in order to organize public art exhibitions. We have spent the last 15 years in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv as an inspired art activist collective, but now that we have returned to Pittsburgh, we wish to use our skills to work towards a positive social climate through creativity, the overemphasis of art, and the dynamic human spirit that refuses to submit to oppression. We are currently collaborating with Tim Hindes on the Stronger Than Hate PGH Mural Project http://www.StrongerThanHatePGH.org
The "Stronger Than Hate" PGH Mural Project has a goal of at least 11 public space murals across the city, one for each of the victims of the 10/27/18 mass-shooting at Tree of Life synagogue in Squirrel Hill...we have the will, the compassion, and the inspiration, we just need your support! Whether its walls, paint, time and energy, or money, your donation will help all of Pittsburgh to say, we are STRONGER THAN HATE!
