He doesn’t know how many people he has saved, with his grace, his beauty, his smile, his band, their music, his vibrant soul…with just who hes is…I’ve read this so many times in comments people leave here and there, on social media and youtube. I’m not the only one.

To have found myself at this grown up age, crashed by the economic crisis, jobless and broke and broken, dependent on my parents care, after so many years of working out there…was devastating, to say the least.

But I had and still have Jon. He kept me warm. He kept me smiling. He kept me entertained and inspired and alive. Jon saved me.

I just cry when I think of him.

My friend told me lately that she missses my gifs, which made me realize that I haven’t made them for some time now… and my second thought was: gez, this is so not like me- what the heck happened?! Too much work?
