Hey guys and gals Sorry for not posting in a while I have been away for a couple of week and now I am back My weigh in this week is Weight - 21st 10.75lbs Chest - 50.5 inches Waist - 56.5 inches Thigh - 30 inches My goal for this month is to lose 6lbs and at least an inch of all of these measurements. Lets see how I go :-)
Weigh in week three
Ok ok I have excuses... No this week has collapsed a little, after being ill most of the week and not getting a chance to exercise really at all (apart from an hours badminton) Tomorrow I am going back to the gym and I'm going to hit it hard again I am now almost recovered (still a little sniffley though) Do you want to see the scores on the doors this week???? I probably should... Chest - 50 inches Waist - 55 inches Thigh - 30 inches Weight - 21st 11lbs So that's that...I'm going to take these with a pinch of salt and look at how I get on next week. Ahhhhhh Man flu has struck and rendered me unable to work out. Seriously though I'm not great at the moment so I'm holding back. I'm hoping to go to badminton later in the week so I am praying for a swift recovery. God bless

Chest - 51inches (loss of 1 inch) Waist - 53 inches (loss of 4 inches) Thigh - 31 inches (gain of 1 inch) Weight - 21st 10 pounds (gain of 3/4 pound)

Is God Anti-Gay?
Hi all, I have just finished the above book writte by Sam Allberry. It's short and took me no more than a couple of hours to read through in its entirety. The answer was a resounding 'no' God does not hate gay people or people who feel same sex attractions (SSA) as Sam puts it. Neither does God hate anyone. God does hate anything that gets in between our relationship with Him, but he offers a way out of that behaviour and never stops loving us even when we are fully against Him. I am not going to go into lots of detail here as I would recommend people read this themselves but I found this a very helpful book about a subject I continually struggle with from a Christian point of view. So go and read it, it is a very cost effective book ;-) God bless

Just a quick gym visit today before work this included: 800m row on level 8 3mins 28secs 12,10,6,6 @ 25kg Smith Chest Press 15,15,15 TSX standing row 3 x 20 metre farmers walks holding 2 16kg kettle bells 12,12,12 @ 15kg standing row 3 x 10 metre lunges with 2.5kg dumbells 12,12,12 @ 7.5kg dumbells standing shoulder press This is great before work it makes me feel a bit more energised. Week 2 : feel the burn
Week 2 has arrived and after two days of rest I am back in the gym, this time as a date night with Mrs inthefreezertray :-) I have been helping my wife with a routine she can do on her own as she struggles without me, speaking to some friends this is quite common with women, I have no idea :-/ So today I completed 800m row @ level 8 in 3mins 31secs (I believe this is 10secs better than my previous PB) 2min @ level 4 on the L trainer 12,12,12 @ 7.5kg dumbbells standing shoulder press 10,10,10 @ 15kg standing row 20 mins @ 8.5% 4.5kmph treadmill 12,10,8,8 @ 20kg seated chest press 12,12,12 @ 75kg seated leg press 12,10,8,8 @ 47.5kg seated lat pulldown 12,12,12 @ 47.5kg seated leg curl 12,10,8,6 @ 27.5kg seated should press 12,10,10 @ 45kg seated leg extention A bit of a long work out today but I feel great for it. My wife has suggested we do a 5k run next year...I'm not sure...anyone out there have any thoughts...anyone??? God bless
Losing weight end of week 1
So this is my weekly post on my progress. So after my first week my stats are: Chest - 52 inches (gain of 1 inch) Waist - 57 inches (loss of 1.5 inches) Thigh - 30 inches (maintained) Weight - 21st 9.25lbs (loss of 2lbs) Wow! I am so happy with those figures. Just fantastic! Time to carry this through to the next week. God bless

Just a quick thank you to those who have reblogged, liked or followed my little tumblog. It's something I'm still getting used to but I am enjoying it. I am not gyming for the next two days. I have managed 4 hours of exercise this week which doesn't sound a lot but believe me I'm feeling it. I will however record my weigh/measure in this evening so we can se how I'm doing. On a positive note Manchester United won yesterday...luckily though. But a win is a win and it is good to see the new signings on show. God bless
