Here’s a list of all the ways Kenny has died on 'South Park’
Yesterday we heard the sad news of Justin Lowe's passing from After The Burial.  All our thoughts are with the band and his family in this difficult time. He is in everyone's thoughts as his friends and bands all over are posting their own tributes and condolences, read it all here: http://umc.fm/JustinLowe

In the Pit with 36 Crazyfists
36 Crazyfists released their new album “Time and Trauma” earlier this year, celebrating their 20th anniversary as a band. With new management and a brand new label home with Spinefarm Records, 36CF have returned an aggressive new album that will keep them at the top of the list for being one of the most important bands of the New Wave of American Metal.
36 Crazyfists are currently on tour, with a stop in Toronto May 22 at Hard Luck Bar, with label mates Toothgrinder in tow. We were lucky to grab a few minutes with Brock Lindow (vocals) to get his take on proper pit etiquette and life on the road.
In The Pit Moshing, also known as “slam dancing” is where participants slam into one another during live performances often associated with “aggressive music genres.” Yes, ok, we get it, but are there any rules that your fans should be aware of?  We’ve all been in one, or seen one so we want to hear your five Do’s and Don’ts for The Pit.  Finally, we want to hear the craziest pit experience you have had or have witnessed from the stage.
The Pit Do’s: 1. Help your fellow mosher when they fall 2. Keep a smile on your face 3. Own the floor
The Pit Don’ts: 1. Don't sneak moshers from the back if you’re standing on the sidelines 2. Don't be a dick 3. Don't be a karate kid in a circle pit
The Wildest Pit Story You Have: In 1993 I got my jaw broken in the mosh pit for Voivod and Fight in Anchorage, Alaska. It was a beauty show!
Tour Do’s and Don’ts Tours can be long, gruelling and down right exhausting. What kind of rules do you have in place for the band or for yourselves to keep sane while on the road?
Tour Do’s 1. Cold beer 2. Cold water 3. Keep up team morale by making sure beer is cold!
Tour Don’ts 1. Forgetting your toothbrush 2. Not airing out your stage clothes 3. Playing venues that don't allow stage beers
One mistake that we made on our first tour was… don't remember that far back. I know we didn't have cell phones back then so map quest was a cruel bitch at times and routed us wrong many times. Bed on the tour bus or bed at home? Home. Absolutely. What do you do to pass time on the road? Explore the cities, drink the local craft brews What movies can be found on the bus/van right now? “Step Brothers” is on constant rotation What food do you eat while on the road? Thai as much as possible How do you stay fit on the road? Well fit may not be what we are but thank god for that cardio we get on stage every night Tour drink? Beverage of choice?  Jameson and Ginger
“Time and Trauma” available now http://umc.fm/16hy

The Wildest Pit Story You Have: One time I was in a pit of a Finnish band STONE, and I saw this guy pushing a girl in the circle by accident. On he went running with the circle, until he came by the same spot again and BOOM the angry boyfriend of that girl took a full swing on that poor bastard. Teeth & blood were flying in the air big time
Then and Now We want to know what you were listening to  “then” (growing up, starting out as a band etc), and what you are listening to now. Was there a record in particular that inspired you to start a band? Or totally changed your life? What is playing in the tour bus these days? Is there a song that you cannot get out of your head?
