look i get it that i had to copy the scariest person in the room because its safer to be scary than small and that their evil voice in my head is not them but it doesnt stop it from torturing me however.

thank you. i do it intuitively but what helps me is associating not only emotions but sounds, textures and smells with the colors. idk if it makes sense
