"I haven't seen you." He mumbled, frowning lightly.
“Wh- désolé, I’ve been busy..” She smiled towards him, cheeks rosy, “come here!” She shuffled over, pulling him into a tight hug.
"But- I didn't want to!" She cried, unhappily, "I was doing so good and I ruined it." She hugged closer to him, stealing as much of his warmth as she could.
"Hey, Josephine."
“Hi, Lovino.” Lovi- she whipped her head round, forcing a smile onto her lips. “Lovino! I haven’t seen you in a while.” And would have liked a few days longer.
"No you're not!" She insisted, "you're suppose to be happy and stuff!" She prodded his arm, "so be happy."

Walking along, mind seemingly in places elsewhere, Josephine didn't see the guider wire of the tent, footing catching it. She let out a yelp, falling - gracefully, she hoped - to the floor. "Oof- ow..."

Rolling over with a yawn, he found himself face to face with an incredibly beautiful blonde. Suddenly he didn’t feel quite as tired as he had before. Sitting bolt upright, his surroundings confirmed that this was indeed his bed, but…what was such a pretty lady doing in his bed? Oh god. What had he done last night?
Trying to jog his memory only gave him flashing memories of wine and pop music, mixed together in a fleeting blur. Honestly, he was becoming less and less shocked with the presence of this stranger. Shrugging indifferently, he decided to make the most of it, curling up and lightly snuggling into her.
She did make him another, handing him his new mug of coffee and sipping from her own. She then hesitantly took one of the pancakes, and she only managed to eat a little bit of it.
"They're really nice, Feli..." She wanted to eat the rest of it, but her stomach wouldn't let her.

Shrugging indifferently, he decided to make the most of it, curling up and lightly snuggling into her.
For the next however long it took him to finish, Josephine opted to stay quiet, merely observing him intently.
She ended up having finished her drink, pouting a little when she saw her mug was empty. Surely it wouldn't be bad to get another coffee?
"Have you finished with your drink? I can make another..." She asked, hesitantly.

“Hi, Lovino.” Lovi- she whipped her head round, forcing a smile onto her lips. “Lovino! I haven’t seen you in a while.” And would have liked a few days longer.
"Shush, you're not disappointing! When you've been searching for someone for so long, even just knowing they're willing to have you is good enough." She chuckled, having batted his arm lightly.
"Feliks!" She ran over, peppering his face with kisses, a light laugh passing her lips.
“Oh-! Hey, Matka.” Feliks laughed as his face was dotted with sweet kisses, resting his hands on her elbows as she did her motherly thing. He was so used to it by now that it was almost like muscle memory. “What’s up?” He returned a kiss gently to her cheek.
"I knooow," she whined back, not letting him go, "but I'm still allowed to state that you look two days more mature and handsome!"
She let out a small chuckle, and then stepped back, "why don't we go do something?"
"Feliks!" She ran over, peppering his face with kisses, a light laugh passing her lips.
“Oh-! Hey, Matka.” Feliks laughed as his face was dotted with sweet kisses, resting his hands on her elbows as she did her motherly thing. He was so used to it by now that it was almost like muscle memory. “What’s up?” He returned a kiss gently to her cheek.
"Nothing," she wrapped her arms around him in a gentle hug, closing her eyes to revel in the moment, "just wanted to see you, that's all." She pulled back, hands cupping his cheeks as she inspected him, "mon dieu, you're so grown up now."
She let out a laugh, shaking her head, "anyway, how've you been?" The last time she'd seen him was his birthday.
"Hey, Josephine."
“Hi, Lovino.” Lovi- she whipped her head round, forcing a smile onto her lips. “Lovino! I haven’t seen you in a while.” And would have liked a few days longer.

She nodded, “oui…you have…” She became a little pale, but took hold of Lovino’s hand, as to tell him to carry on in his words, “what about him?”
“Well, sounds crazy but he’s here.” Lovino positively lit up. “I spent two fucking /years/ and now he’s here!”
She let out a nervous laugh, and hugged him, “I’m so happy for you! God knows I know that feeling! Was the reunion happy? Good?”
She remembered hers. Bastien had turned his back on her, effectively told her to leave, and if she’d been so weak as to do exactly that, she wouldn’t be where she was today; a loving brother and new family, who cared for her.
“Well..” He smiled sheepishly. “I yelled at him. But- overall it went well, so that has to be a win.”
"It is," she replied, "how was he? Well? Did he say where he'd been all this time?"
A pause, and she murmured, "was he looking for you too?"

Then she added, "and watch your swearing!" She smirked, and then prodded his side, "you know it's bad."
"I haven't seen you." He mumbled, frowning lightly.
“Wh- désolé, I’ve been busy..” She smiled towards him, cheeks rosy, “come here!” She shuffled over, pulling him into a tight hug.
"I had a little bit to drink," she confessed, ashamed, as she leant her head on his chest. "I...I don't know why I drank- I..."
"How are you, cher?"
Eyes lighting up, she gave him a timid hug, "I'm alright! It feels like ages since I last saw you, how are you?" She pulled away, taking a seat at her little desk, and let her hands pool in her lap. She blinked up at him, owlishly, "you look tired."
