he’s pretty lonely during the events of Skyrim so when Delphine demands he kills Paarthurnax (the ONE friend that could even live as long as he might) he straight up just kills her and Esbern and seals the temple

Dragonborn hits him hard because there’s someone like him! And he’s been alive for a really long time! But he’s evil. And he knows what happens to people he tries to redeem (mannimarco.)

Then there’s Dawnguard. Being a vampire from Hosue Ravenwatch he knows there are ‘good’ vampire so when he meets Serana, their bond is nearly unbreakable. But when she starts talking about curing herself he starts to back off immediately. No more jokes. No more exaggerated stories. By the time he leaves to return home around 4E 206 to Vvardenfell they are simply acquaintances. (I am the #1 hater of a story and the dlcs being done in ONE SINGULAR YEAR so I have my own timeline for everything 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️)

I, unfortunately, will not be able play ES6 when it releases unless the rumors that it is only going to be on XBS X/S are fake. If they are, my tortured sons lore will continue. If not, he is simply living out his immortal life back home :)

realistically speaking though, I hope people out there watch how Saint and Osiris are with one another this season and it helps them like… I dunno, grasp that we’re not a political agenda? we’re just normal people who want to lead our lives the way we desire with those we love.

I think D2 is really good about normalizing queer love and characters- even the ones that aren’t human. not everyone connects to and grows from exposure in fiction, but I really do hope it opens hearts and minds. makes people feel seen, heard, and safe, too.
