I’m in shock at what you’re saying but before I can even respond, Gemma and Rachel walk in with a bag of clothes for me. The three of us go silent. “Everyone’s left your house. It’s just Nicole there now” Gemma tells you. I look at you as you nod. “H.. you should go home. I’m fine here. Gemma, Rachel and Sean can stay til visiting hours are up. She hasn’t seen you in so long and she’s only here til tomorrow. Go spend time with her” I say. - Lauren

I go silent for a few seconds and then I look up at you. “I remember you..” I say quietly. “For the longest time I’ve been having these dreams about this woman.. and I could never work out who she was or why I always thought of her” I say. “But now it’s clicked.. and it’s you. I frown when I see Sean walk into the room. "What are you doing here?" I ask him. He was with you when you were injured. Remembering that just worsens my mood. "It's late and Lauren's tired." - Harry

I frown at your tone of voice. “It’s okay, H” I say to you. Sean walks in with chocolates and a bouquet of flowers. “I just wanted to apologise. I feel like what happened is my fault” he tells me, and you. I immediately shake my head, thanking him for the flowers and chocolates. “It wasn’t your fault. I’m just an idiot when I’m drunk!” I laugh. - Lauren

“I..” I don’t even know what to say. “Can I see the baby, sometimes?” I ask. I can see that you’re contemplating and that breaks my heart. Seeing you like this is breaking my heart. I go silent as I watch you and it’s like I’m seeing you for the first time all over again. Small snippets of our life together are starting to form in my mind, connecting the dots to what I’ve already remembered. - Harry

As we’re talking, you lean in and press your lips to mine. I’m in complete shock and when we pull away, all I can do is stare at you. Will you ever just make up your mind!? The next morning, I've just finished breakfast when you arrive. I'd asked you to come, so I'm not surprised to see you. "I just wanted to give you these," I say, handing you the signed divorce papers that I asked Niall to bring last night. "I've signed them." - Courtney

I look down at them in my hand, not knowing what to say. Yes, there was a time when I wanted you to sign them, but now I don’t. I stop in the doorway when I see that you're awake. Despite your smile, I notice how pale your face is. I give you a small smile in return and I walk over to your bedside, causing Gemma to move so I can slot in beside you. I take your hand and squeeze it.

"I'm so sorry, love," I tell you. "I should have kept a closer eye in you. Are you okay? Do you need anything? I can get a specialist or a second opinion." - Harry

I roll my eyes playfully. “I’m fine. I’m only still here because I can’t handle my alcohol and hit my head” I chuckle. Gemma and Rachel say that they’re going to head to your house to get me an overnight bag. When they leave, it’s just us two. It feels slightly awkward for some reason. You still haven’t let go of my hand. “Shouldn’t you be back at your party? I’m sorry that I ruined it on you” I pout. - Lauren

When Niall comes back in, I ask him to go back to the house and get a few things for me. He's shocked by one of the things on the list, but I tell him that I'm sure. - Courtney

Knowing that she's right, I nod and step back. I watch as Rachel climbs into the back with you and Gemma and Michal hurry to his car to follow the ambulance. I can feel Nicole staring at me, but I can't be bothered to care about that right now. I have to know that you're going to be okay. I hurry inside and grab my keys. - Harry

By the time you get to the hospital, Gemma and Rachel are already here and they’re sitting beside me. I’ve woken up so they’re chatting to me as they continuously fuss over whether I’m comfortable or not. “Quit touching me I’m fine!” I say to my sister, chuckling. I look up when you walk into the room and smile at you. - Lauren

I close my eyes, breathing deeply. I know that I need to keep myself calm 

Niall faces you in the hallway. He can see that you're upset. Sighing, he says, "I'll stay with her and keep you posted on how they're doing." - Courtney

I look back in at you and as much as I want to stay, I know that you don’t want me here and I have to respect that. “J-just keep them safe, okay?” I say to him. He nods and I let out a sigh before I look in at you once more and then turn to leave. - Harry
