#i know i have low self esteem which is the cause / effect of most of my insecurities but like #having someone show consistent interest in you / make plans to see you in a DIFFERENT CITY / want to take you out when you’re in the same #city again etc is such a novel experience for me at this age which i think is also why im ill-adapted at dealing with it #but all that Energy being directed towards you by a man (gross) who you actually like intellectually and physically only for him to stop #messaging you back after over a month of consistent communication is so jarring and my adhd and ocd are going nuts over it #my rejection sensitivity is going awf in such a way like i feel like i am not actually experiencing life right now #i’m nearly in a disassociative state #and all my friends are being so lovely and supportive and i know that this has nothing to do with me #and men just Do Shit like this bc their feelings overwhelm them but like #there is another person with feelings on the other side of this and like. it’s just rude and tasteless #i can’t imagine spending all this emotional energy on someone and then being like okay i’m done now :) with no context #anyways i know dating is painful and being perceived and known is Scary bc this very situation can happen but like damn….a bitch is tryinggg #and still getting shit thrown in my face for just simply existing #does being attracted to men have to be this painful like fuck!!!#anyways. rant over #in my shane in vegas rejecection sensitivity mood
