The lighthouse could barely be seen from my first location... My view when I had my breakfast this morning at the Plaza Mayor in Balanga... It's the Diocesan Shrine and Cathedral Parish of St. Joseph where I love to pass by when I was in the university just to re-read the history of this church. It served as an artillery emplacement during the Second World War... #Bataan #Philippines

I freaking love spelunking!!! Seems like a tight fit but the opening is actually big enough that I didn't have to enter sideways... The room inside is quite spacious that it could probably fit 20 people and it leads directly into the water... What a welcome treat this cave has been to shield away from the scorching heat of the sun... The only downside is that it's kinda dark and errrrrr did I say it's dark? What a day it has been! So glad to see this lighthouse has been rebuilt! Though it's currently off-limits and I wasn't able to get in, it was still a very rewarding experience.
