Funky chicken chef unicycles across tightrope!
Lyrics #8
There lyrics come from the song “I’m an open road,” which was suggested to me by Paul himself. For the upper lyrics, I tried to match the italicization with the rhythm of the song. The bottom lyrics are modeled after the lines of the road. They are the same colour, and are angled to they look as if they are traveling down the road. I wanted a sense of motion and connection to the idea of the road from these words.

I emphasized the word “still” because this song is a sequel to the song “I Do,” and emphasizing it emphasized the continuity in turn. I chose red for the colour for both contrast and because red is the colour associated with love.

Knolling week 7
This week, I decided to make a spiral out of my candies. The green one was used for the center of the spiral, and a pattern was maintained with the blue and pink as it radiated outwards.

I’ve always found cops on segways pretty silly looking, so I thought an image of one would be a good way to subvert the idea of a lawman from my last image. The font, Showcard Gothic, was chosen because it was bold but still had a soft feeling, making it feel a little silly and light. The blue was chosen for its similarity to police blue, and for visibility.
