Anybody else that gets pains in your knees/back etc when fasting or in a period when you start eating less. I’ve just relapsed and the pain is literally killing me.
And also I’ve been falling down to my knees but I didn’t (I usually know when to sit down so I won’t pass out) but I didn’t get the black spots etc I just fell down and then got a headache.
Well fuck, guess who’s going into psych again
Been restricting successfully in a psych ward bc I’m overweight and nobody cares👍🏼😀

The only thing nice about other people knowing is that you don’t have to go trough the first time of them breaking down again.
If I don’t $h every day multiple times a day (I don’t usually but I’m in a more intense period rn bc of my ed and in NO WAY do you have to do it for it to be taken seriously, having the compulsive thoughts or urges is still dangerous and should be taken very serious. My heart goes out to you all) I literally invalidate myself to hell. It’s a struggle.

The most toxic trait about the internet (esp MH tiktok) is that I genuinely think I don’t struggle when I stay clean. Like I’m currently in a bad place mentally and my sh has become more frequent but I haven’t done anything for (wow I just checked) 12 DAYS. Always think I need to get worse to be valid, as if I don’t fight the urge every single day. Even thinking about harming myself is bad and unsafe I shouldn’t feel like I need to actually pick up a bl4de to feel valid.
