You keep telling yourself that. I’m way too big to be just taking stuff from people. I’m what Whitney Myers called a “walking threat.” Besides, that’s not how my Momma liked to handle things.

I definitely wasn’t because I would never take your money from you. I was talking about some old lonely guy and yeah that would send my mother over the edge. Being a Daddy doesn’t have to do with age, Wyatt. 

That may be true, but it’s because my mom handled the things for her when sweet talking wasn’t enough. Regardless, you never know what life throws at you, can’t predict how you’ll react to everything.

She barely even stays there. It was just her stupid way of trying to undermine Dad after they had a fight. It just sits there now until they have another and sleeps there for a few nights. For the most part, she comes home. Kebi’s ridiculous, but she won’t see it as you encroaching on her territory. She actually likes you, which is rare.

I find asking politely works just as well as her bullying, usually.

I am her oldest friend. I’ll ask. Thanks. Gotta find some way to make more money to pay some rent. Could always get a sugar daddy. 

Sometimes. And sometimes you need to just take what you want. I’m the happy medium between you and Kebi.

You’ve been talking about it for forever, Iz. Just ask Kebi if you can move into her place. She’s not going to tell you no, she’ll just grumble.

I’m actually not much of a chocolate guy. Rather just have a cold beer and some pumpkin bread. Not really, it’ll be because Kebs will strong arm them onto the plane so she can be free to do what she wants.

I guess you’re right. I don’t know that’s like her place, i don’t want to take over her space unless she wants me to. 

So sad, chocolate is basically happiness in a bite. She is good at strong arming people to do what she wants. You should take notes.

They’re all kind of the same to me, I guess. Sand and saltwater. Aren’t you, like, of age to make your own decisions now?

It’ll be cool. We’ll do a bonfire and everything. Probably going to have to bring my sisters, but it should be fun regardless.

Simple man, must be nice. I am, but it’s not always that easy, there is a struggling going on in some areas. This is why I need to move out and just be free for awhile. 

Don’t forget Smores, it’s the most important part. Such a good big brother, they are lucky.

Florida’s nice, we’ve been a couple of times. I like going to Virginia Beach, though. Some of my buds and I go in the summer, but we were thinking of maybe having a friendsgiving down there this year.

Oh please the beaches up North suck and the southern ones don’t get good until South Carolina... southern NC maybe. Lucky you, I’m to go their for spring break with my friends but my mom is throwing a fit about it.

Friendsgiving at a beach does sound fun though.

It’s just a shame I have to wait to use it. I guess I could go to an indoor pool. What I wish I could do is go to Florida, but my mom almost never lets us go there. And that’s where her family and my step dad’s family are.

I can’t sleep when Dad and Kebi are in the same house. The tension keeps my brain wired. I figured I’d just watch some YouTube until I got tired enough.

Tension has the tendency to do that. 

I’ll up with you until you’re tired. I can’t sleep anyway and I’m a good distraction. It’s my fault we’re here anyway so it’s the least we can do.
