"Well, ya know that's... I mean you're father is a very... he's-" Evan made a face, murmuring.
One hand caught the door and pushed it open.
"He's definitely very dedicated. Besides being... being confined to a place like this does things to
a person's mind; Your father needs a village, hm."
Evan still didn't know how he had managed to persuade all of those unholy to agree to settle down for the wisened words of god, their divined.
"Evangelical. My son." The priest bowed his head.
"Father. Isaac and I were just getting ready to... break bread in the kitchen, I guess."
The priest bowed his head in an approximate nod, his expression passive but not uninterested.
"I'm almost done here; Perhaps you should stay."
"Ha," Evan laughed dryly then hummed. "No."
The priest pulled his lips tight, unsurprised.
"You'll meet us downstairs then?"
"In time," The holy man nodded only once.
"You heard him, baby-love, let's go downstairs," Evan chimed with a small smile, long nails move to tickle his sides before letting his shoes find the floor again so he might run ahead of her.
