Evan had been unpacking her suitcase when he first entered, finally deciding after a month.
Turning her head towards the door at an angle, Isaac's small appearance made her gaze soften.
"Hey, bud; I'm just getting things put away, again.
What are you doing up and around?"
Allowing herself to be seated on her bed, the new cotton cloth she'd indulged in sinking beneath her as she extended two palms face up just for him.
"You coming to hang out?"

“Hey mama,” Evan supplied.
She practically melted as Katherine’s hand swept through her hair, brows settled while watching her push-in Ben’s set just after he was seated.
“Oh this super cool.” Even blinked owlishly head turning to observe the ring with clear interest. “What does it do?”
“Unhealthy attachment to the supernatural,” Katherine snorted as she took the cereal boxes down from the cupboards. “Both of you.”
At this Evan could only laugh.
“Hi Ben.” Evan announced clasping one shoulder while rounding him to access the counter space, contemplating her meal plan. “Okay I’m making som eggs and toast with jam for me and mom, who wants the same and who wants cereal?”
“I can eat eggs,” Ben announced making her nod, just as the door creaked again and the priest ducked his head into the kitchen eyes narrowed.
“Good morning, family.”
“Good morning father,” The few chorused.
