Random ED Tips
k so these are mainly tips if you are a minor and living with your parents. just a few bc i don’t have enough creativity to make a masterpost
Get diet soda or other drinks by telling your parents the diet or lite version is sweeter/tastes better
Fast all day but cook food or put dishes in the sink so your family will think you ate
When your parents get home tell them you’re sick, not hungry, or something else that is a good excuse for not eating
(If you’re lactose intolerant which i am) you can just say you accidentally had dairy and your stomach is upset
If you play a sport, don’t eat before going to practice and if your parents try to get you to eat something say that if you eat too much before exercising it makes you feel bloated and slow etc.
Mess up your sleeping schedule on weekend or school vacations so that you are asleep during the day. That way you can skip meals way easier
Just remember how good the feeling of an empty stomach is
Whenever you binge next time, take a picture of yourself. Now look what you’ve done to yourself.
And every time you want to binge again, look at that picture. Remind yourself how it was to feel that pain, the feeling of being a failure and think about how proud you’ll be later on if you won’t binge.

The horror of standing on a scale, never sure what to expect. The number on it will determine if you eat. How you feel. A thousand thoughts are racing through your head. Calories numbers. All you want is to be skinny.
Hard pills to swallow:
Losing weight is actually a very simple thing to do, but your lack of patience and complete disregard for your own health will inevitably lead you into a never ending binge/restrict cycle, preventing you from reaching your goals
To be small, you have to eat small
You can’t expect to be skinny by stuffing your face with food and eat for the body you have. You need to eat for the body you want.
If you want to be small, you have to eat small
When you skip dinner and dont wake up thinner:
You are powerful, don’t let food control you, it only leads to regret .
