“I meditate a lot but meditation doesn’t give me peace all the time”

Too much emphasis on meditation.

The Buddha’s teachings are a full package of samadhi, sila and prajna - meditation, moral discipline and wisdom.

•Sila / discipline gives us peace by keeping us out of trouble.

•Prajna / wisdom gives us peace through understanding what’s going on.

•Samadhi / meditation gives us peace by stilling and focusing the mind.

The Bodhisattva needs all three and should practice all three.

Excellent words. Too much focus on meditation alone can be as bad as no meditation at all.

• The history of witchcraft • Famous witches, if you’d like • Types of witches • Types of magick (white magick, chaos magick, etc) • Types of spells (curses, hexes, etc) • Types of divination (tarot, scrying, etc) • Talismans vs Sigils (and what each are) • Seals • Maybe some alphabets if that’s your thing • Some witchy symbols • Deities (For pagan witches) • Let it spread from there!
