I know I’m a random follower of yours, but seeing your post appear on my dash, I felt I had to reach out to you and say I completely understand how you feel.

My anxiety and panic attacks became quite bad a little over a year ago. I did suffer quite a few at work (having presentations and stessful deadlines at the time really didn’t help the difficult time I was having with anxiety already). The fact that they are happening in public only exacerbates an already terrifying situation. I can only hope you have some fantastic colleagues who are supportive and undertsanding. I can’t thank mine enough for being there and even leaving work to drive me home. Just having one person there to help and to reassure can make such a difference and put you at ease.

Hope you feel better soon and know you are not alone xxx
